Tells Google which companies are allowed to sell ads in the app. Without it, most advertisers will not bid, and earnings drop.
The file
One line per company. Google gives you the exact line to paste — do not invent one. Lines starting with # are notes and are ignored.
Publish
Google re-reads the file on its own schedule, so allow up to 24 hours before judging the result. Every change is recorded in History either way; a note is optional.
